🕒 Processing Time

  • Orders placed by 5:00 PM PST are processed the same business day.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

📍 Where We Ship

We currently ship to all addresses within the contiguous U.S.

Note: Customs, taxes, or local fees may apply depending on your location. These are the responsibility of the recipient.

💸 Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $50 and under 10 lbs
  • Heavy Orders: Small per-pound fee applies for orders over 10 lbs
  • Orders under $50: $6.99 base shipping
  • All shipping fees are shown at checkout before payment

📦 Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track it through our website or directly on the carrier’s site.
