  • Clearance, discounted, or final sale items
  • Opened beauty products (must be unused and returned sealed within 30 days)
  • Food, drinks, and pharmaceuticals
  • Machines or floor equipment
  • Furniture (after 30 days or without original packaging)

  • Report Within 7 Days: For damage, defects, or missing items.

🪑 Furniture Returns

  • Must be returned within 30 days, disassembled, and in original packaging
  • Include all manuals, parts, and documentation
  • Manufacturer return rules apply for defects

📦 Shipping & Fees

  • Shipping is non-refundable
  • Free shipping costs will be deducted from your refund
  • Restocking Fee: May apply (15%) on late or wholesale returns
  • We cover shipping if the return is our mistake
  • Returns due to incorrect addresses may incur shipping fees
